Dora T Presti, age 95, of Whiting, formerly of Hazlet, passed away on Monday, May 26, 2025. She was an Administrative Assistant for Federal Government working out of Fort Monmouth for many years retiring in 2005. Prior to this she had her own business MAIDS Inc for many years. Born in the Bronx she resided in Hazlet Twp. for over 40 years coming to Whiting 15 years ago. She loved her trips to Atlantic City and she belonged to the Tom Jones Fan Club and she met him on multiple occasions. Dora was also a member of the West Keansburg VFW Post 4303 Ladies Auxiliary and she was a passionate poker player. Her family loved her very much and she will be missed by all who knew her.
Dora is predeceased by her children, Paul (2018) & Frances (2003). Surviving are her daughter Donna Cottrell, her son John Presti & his wife Tamber and her daughter's-in-law, Becky & Cindy. Also surviving are her 10 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter.
