Joan Martin, 82, of Bayville passed away on Tuesday, December 6, 2016. She was born and raised in Jersey City, and lived in Bamber Lake prior to settling in Bayville in 1987. Joan loved cooking for her family and Yankees baseball. Her favorite hobbies were gardening and sewing. She will always be remembered by everyone in her family with love.
Joan was predeceased by her son Stuart in 1962. She is survived by four children: sons Alfred Martin of Waverly, NY, Kenneth Martin and his wife, Patricia of Tuckerton; John ‘Jack’ Martin of Bayville; and daughter Barbara Collins and her husband, Thomas of Whiting. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
