Judith Weissbart of Whiting, NJ passed away at home on May 15, 2021. Born on October 18, 1930, she emigrated from Germany in 1951 to the United States to "see the world." She met her husband Frank in Trenton, NJ and married in 1955. Judith was a mother of 5 children and dedicated her life to her family. She had a degree in Education and eventually was able to teach in a special needs school. She was an avid gardener, loved her crossword puzzles, was a voracious reader and enjoyed travel and camping trips with her family and friends. Eventually she retired to Whiting, NJ, in 1998 with her husband, where they enjoyed socializing with new friends and staying active. Judith still enjoyed her daily workouts, swimming laps, and hikes in nature.
She is predeceased by her husband Frank and and her youngest son, Frank Joseph. She is survived by her 3 daughters, Gloria and her partner Don, Nora and Sylvia; her 1 son Erich and his wife Joann; 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 17 for immediate family and a private inurnment and memorial service will be held at a later date.
