Patti Pennell was a co-founder of the mercy first aid squad in Woodland Township and was one of the first paramedic's in the state of New Jersey. She was the first woman, to trade in commodities (in gold and silver) on the New York Stock Exchange, having a degree in metal metallurgy. She was the first woman district governor for the New Jersey state Lions Club. She was also a co-founder and co-owner of Jersey Pines Overhead Door, LLC.
Patti is survived by her husband Jeffrey C. Pennell; children Brian Forvour, Cynthia Forvour, Lori Hare, Leslie Roberts and Krystal Pennell; brothers Craig Spencer and Bruce Spencer; grandchildren Joseph Marue, Laurel Webster, Megan Heaton, RJ Heaton, Victoria Hare, Josh Hare, Alexis Forvour, Tristan Roberts and Kieran Roberts.
A Celebration of Life will be Saturday, June 12, 2021 at 2pm at the Odd Fellows Grand Lodge 112 4th Ave. Roebling, NJ 08554. In lieu of flowers the family respectfully request considering a donation to the NJ Lions District 16 L Charitable foundation.
