Ruth Ann Barba, 71, of Whiting, passed away Sunday, March 14, 2016 at home surrounded by family. She was a customer service representative for DHL in Tampa, FL. For several years. Born in Newark she lived many years in Odessa, FL., moving here in 2014. She is predeceased by her late sister Ethel Murphy. Surviving are her husband Andrew of 35 years and her daughter Caryn Barba.
