Mi tio Chris tenía un corazón de oro. Su sentido de humor y su amor por las cosas pequeñas en la vida era lo que lo hacía encantador. Siempre estaré agradecido por los momentos que pase con el. QEPD. Te amo.

I’ll always remember my second brother, Chris.
First of all, he was the only one who could get away with calling me “Button” or “Ugly”😊
Next, Chris made a delicious macaroni salad! It had everything in it but the kitchen sink! It was his speciality.
A story that always made us laugh goes like this.
Years ago I lived way out in the country with my two small children. One night I woke up to someone lightly tapping on the front door. Needless to say, I was petrified! Grabbing a gun and creeping to the door I heard someone whisper, “Iva, it’s me, Chris!” Thankfully, I didn’t shoot him😉
Lastly Chris loved Martha and their little dog, Cookie. Those two completed his life.
I know Chris is in a marvelous place—one that I can’t even imagine and I will always love him💖. He said he was going to go first do he could hold the gates of heaven open for our Mama.
Rest In Peace, my dear brother.

My uncle Chris had a heart of gold. His off beat sense of humor and his love for the little things in life are what made him lovely. I'll forever be grateful for the moments i got to spend with him. RIP uncle. I love you.

Chris will be remembered for his love and devotion to Martha and his family! He always stayed in touch and enjoyed visits by phone and letters sharing what he and Martha had been up to and always added a touch of humor. He had a love for rock and roll music, football and movies! We will miss you, Chris! You were a good brother and brother in law!
May the Lord wrap you in His loving arms and comfort you, Martha.
Love, Rick and Sharon Ellis
