Jeffrey was born on November 4, 1960 in Wichita Falls to Donald Ray and Jerry Lambert Flowers. He married Jeanna Brown on May 22, 1982 in Wichita Falls. He had lived in Wichita Falls most of his life and was a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and First Baptist Church of Wichita Falls. He loved Christian music. He was preceded in death by his son Donald Jay (D.J.) Flowers.
Survivors include his wife: Jeanna Brown Flowers of Wichita Falls; daughter: Kristin Shoop and husband Dylan of Wichita Falls; brother: Mark Anthony Flowers; sisters: LaDonna Hall and husband Don and Michele Scott and husband Barry; and his grandchildren: Palin Shoop and Presley Shoop.
The funeral service will be held at 1PM, Friday, January 9, 2026 at First Baptist Church of Wichita Falls, 1200 9th St. Wichita Falls, Texas. Interment will be in Addington Cemetery, Addington, Oklahoma.
