Ricky was a gift from God, born IDD, he was a joy to everyone he met. He loved Christmas, kitty cats, teddy bears, Christian music and much more. Ricky was loved beyond measures as well as he loved unconditional. Heaven gained a true angel.
Ricky is preceded on death by is parents, one brother and an aunt.
He is survived by his family, Chris and Tammy Howard, Perry, Donnie, Tim, Tabitha Patrick and their children and one brother.
Burial took place at Sacred Heart Cemetery in White Deer, Texas next to his family.
Memorial service will take place in Wichita Falls at a later date.
