Sue Buster

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, November 18, 2023 in the chapel of Hampton Vaughan Crestview Funeral Home.

Sue Ann Buster (Weakley) was born to H. E."Fat" and Ruby Weakley in Wichita Falls, TX on May 13, 1940. She had two younger brothers Eugene "Bud" Weakley of Burkburnett and Garry Weakley of Fort Worth who both preceded her in death. She graduated from Wichita Falls High School in 1958 and after high school became a beautician.

Sue married Charles "Bo" Buster in December of 1961. She lived in the same home all those years until she had to be cared for. Sue and her husband Bo had three children Brenda Schnabel (Buster), Brian Buster, and Brad Buster. Sue ran a beauty shop out of her home "Sue's Hairstyles" for many years. She also was a teacher's aid for the Special Needs Department for WFISD for four to five years serving at Haynes Elementary and Barwise Junior High.

Sue was always very involved with her church family throughout the years worshiping at Fairway Baptist, Faith Baptist, and finally First Baptist Church. She always loved singing in the choir. She had a special heart for missions, teaching GA's, Acteens, and WMU. After having cancer she volunteered for the cancer society fitting wigs for patients that needed some TLC.

Sue is survived by her children, Brian Buster of Wichita Falls, Brenda and her husband Brett Schnabel of Perryton, TX. Brad and Cynthia Buster of Lawton, OK. Daughter-in-Law Shona (Buster) and Eddie Kennedy of Iowa Park, TX. Grandchildren Sarah and T.J. Prevette and their two boys Kade and Luke of Wichita Falls. Rachel and Jesus Zamora and their two daughters Tiana and Katy of Perryton, TX. Ethan and Rebecca Buster and their daughter Harper of Wichita Falls, TX. Jacob Buster of Iowa Park, TX. Evan and Kayla Runnels of Lawton, OK.
