Timothy Dunaway

July 19, 1985 – September 23, 2025

Timothy Kyle Dunaway, 40, of Wichita Falls, Texas, passed away on September 23, 2025. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, October 4, 2025, at Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home of Wichita Falls, Texas with Pastor Rod Payne and Pastor Larry Mauldin officiating. Burial service to follow at Crestview Memorial Park.

Tim was born July 19, 1985 to George and Debbie Dunaway at Fort Benning, Georgia. He was known for his warm heart and generous spirit, always wanting to help others. Tim was a graduate of Rider High School. He earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Colorado. He was a gifted marketer and technology expert.

Tim loved spending time with family and friends. He always made an effort to check in on friends, even when they didn’t see each other often. He found joy in giving thoughtful gifts to the people he cared about most. His quick wit and great sense of humor brought laughter to those around him. He was proud of his nieces and nephew and loved keeping up with all they were involved in.

Tim will be missed greatly as we all wait to meet again with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in the hope and resurrection promised to all who have been born into the family of God and await the promises we hold so dearly in the word of God.

He is survived by his mother, Debbie Dunaway-Walla and her husband, Terry Walla; brother, David Dunaway; sister, Penny Klimas and her husband, Chris Klimas; beloved nieces, Charlee (13) and Callie (9); nephew, Benjamin Cline (4); grandmother, Louise Morgan; and many other extended family members who will miss him dearly.

Tim was preceded in death by his father, George Dunaway; his maternal grandfather, Russell Morgan; and his paternal grandparents, SMA George W. Dunaway and Mary Dunaway.
