She was born in Germany, where she worked as a photo retoucher and later for the railroad. She met her husband, Wilbur, in Germany, where he was stationed during WWII. While in America, Anneliese was a homemaker and worked in the aircraft industry as a sheet metal worker.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Anton and Friederike (Wetzel) Grafe; 2 sisters; sons, James and Robert.
She is survived by her husband, Wilbur; sons, Michael Roeder, Randy Roeder (Machelle); daughters, Christine Wade (Tom), Karen LaVoie, Mary Davis (Troy), Rose Hashemi (Rex); daughter-in-law, Lori Roeder; and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Rosary 7pm, Thursday, October 10, 2013 and Funeral 10am, Friday, October 11, 2013, both at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church.
