Beverly, a graduate of Wichita North High School and Friends University, found joy in her family, pets, traveling, art and music.
She raised her four children in Clearwater, Kan. where she was involved in all aspects of her children’s lives leading girl scout troops, attending Forensics meets and athletic events in support of her children, and many other activities and events. She enjoyed mixing her love of God and performing by using puppet shows as a form of ministry at the First Christian Church in Clearwater early in her children’s lives.
Beverly was an avid traveler and would take trips whenever she could whether internationally, domestically or just picking up a book to travel in her mind to new places and time periods. She shared that love of international travel and culture with her kids by hosting many foreign exchange students from throughout the world while raising her children.
After Beverly’s children grew up she was able to find a new joy in her nine grandchildren. She loved to share her passion for art with all of her grandchildren bonding over painting and making crafts. Few things made Beverly happier than giving her grandchildren gifts and seeing their faces light up with joy.
One constant throughout Beverly’s entire life was animals. She owned countless pets throughout her life, but always had a special place in her heart for Chihuahuas breeding and raising them for many years.
Preceded in death by her father James "Jim" Fullerton and brother Daryl Wiegger.
Those left to cherish her memory are mother Elsie Fullerton and her children Samantha Runnion, Sabrina Slayton, Melanie (Andrew) Kuder and Christopher (Danielle) Parker, sister Carla Billingsley, her beloved grandchildren Gabe, Riley, Caleb, Alexander, Rachel, Logan, Emily, Haven and Ivy.
