Dani Sue Johnson age 64, passed away on August 2, 2021. She was born on January 10, 1957 to Doyle and Norma Johnson. Dani was an avid artist and professional photographer under "Dani Blackwell Photography". She was a member of the KPPA for many years. Dani had her artwork published in books internationally. She loved dogs; especially boxers and labs. She is preceded in death by her parents. Dani is survived by husband Sam; son Jimmy (Jeannette) Blackwell and her grandchildren Jameson and Jocelyn; son Clint (Jenn) Blackwell; step-daughters Tiffany May and Ashley Chavera; sisters Rhonda Alexander, Connie (Bill) Johnson, Julie Johnson; nieces, nephews and numerous other family members. Visitation will be held 3-7pm, Thursday August 5 at Resthaven Mortuary. Graveside service will be held 1pm, Saturday August 7 at Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Memorials in Dani's honor can be made to Kansas Humane Society.
