Lorena Dolorzie Nusz Fields, 94, Dolorzie was born November 12, 1921 to F. August and Martha Nusz on the family farm, southeast of Menno, SD. She was preceded in death by husband, Eugene Spencer Fields, Jr; parents, F. August and Martha Nusz; brothers, Andy Nusz, Sam Nusz; sisters, Marie Nusz, Juliet Kaufman and Caroline Graber. She is survived by sons, Eugene (Marilyn) Fields III, Colwich KS, Malcolm (Lisa) Fields, Valley Center, KS, and Owen (Donna) Fields, Glenmoore, PA; daughter, Stephana (Basil) Bova, Seattle, WA; grandchildren, Brooke (Kris) Ethridge, Manhattan, KS, Lindsay (David) Davis, Olathe, KS, Natalie Bova, Seattle, WA, Max and Sam Fields, Valley Center, KS; greatgrandchildren, Luke, Grace and Elijah Ethridge and Lylah and Piper Davis. She will be deeply missed but her hard work ethic and independent and strong spirit will live on in her children and grandchildren. Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Saturday, July 30, 2016 with viewing one hour prior both at Resthaven Mortuary.
