Donald Ray Smith

Donald served in the United States Navy1966-1970; worked off-shore oil rig in TX, and LA, and retired from Cessna Aircraft after 38 years.

Donald enjoyed flying, fishing, woodworking and had a love for animals. Preceded by his parents Bill and Ruth Smith and brother Harry Smith.

Survived by his loving wife of 40 years Susan, daughters Shannon Howe (Eric), Tonya Osterbuhr (Kevin), sons Brandon Smith and Jesse Smith, grandchildren Matthew Hunsberger Jr., Katlyn and Zean Osterbuhr and Michael Howe all of Wichita, beloved sister Dorothy Blevins (Henry) of Brookeland, TX, sister-in-law Mary Smith of Texas and his favorite aunt Mary Ann Hull of Texas.

Visitation Wed. 5-7pm, Rosary 7pm at DeVorss Flanagan-Hunt Chapel. Funeral Mass Thurs. 10am at St. Joseph Catholic Church with burial to follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
