60, passed away on October 28, 2017. Donna was an avid reader, loved sailing, and was a devoted mother and grandmother and loving daughter and sister. She is preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Wagner. Donna is survived by mother Dorothy (Johnnie) Wagner-Vanderpool; children Michelle Stark and Damon Tarl Fisher; brother Dewey (Lisa) Wagner; sisters Rosia Tauer and Deborah Walling; and grandchildren Jaden Stark, Bailey Stark, Konner Fisher, and Kegan Fisher.
