Foster, Douglas “Doug” Pelter, 53, passed away September 10, 2012. Doug is survived by his wife, Michelle; son, Doug all of Wichita; parents, Donald and Pat Foster of Sedona, AZ; sister, Lisa (Michael) McGirr of South Bend, IN; sister-in-law, Melody Evans; brother-in-law, Randy Dougherty and mother-in-law, Mary Lou Moody all of El Dorado. Private family memorial services will be held.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to American Diabetes Association.
