Francisco Everardo Rizo, age 37, of Wichita, Kansas passed away on Sunday, March 5, 2023. A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, March 17 at 10am, at St. Mary's Cathedral, 430 N. Broadway, Wichita, KS.
