Cook, Gary, 68, of Andover, KS passed away peacefully on Thurs. Jan. 29, 2015 at his home in Andover. Gary was born on Sept. 19, 1946 in Hays, KS the son of Lloyd and Deloris Cook. Gary and Carol Cook were united in marriage on Aug. 25, 1967 in Emporia, KS. Together they celebrated 47 years of marriage. Gary retired from Boeing Aircraft after 19 years. Gary was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Andover. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his loving wife Carol Cook, son, Dan (Linda) Cook, Doug (Corie) Cook, brother, Steve (Pat) Cook, sister, Sherry Stewart, 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 2pm on Tues. Feb. 3, 2015 at Faith Baptist Church, 417 W. Central Ave., Andover, KS 67002. Burial will follow at Lakeview Cemetery, Wichita. In lieu of flowers memorials can be sent to the Cerebral Palsy Research Foundation, 5111 E. 21st St. N., Wichita, KS 67208.
