Glen D. Gay, born on January 21, 1948, passed away on December 18, 2025, at the age of 77.

A memorial service will be held on January 21, 2026, at 1:00 pm with military honors to follow at Resthaven Mortuary, 11800 W Hwy 54, Wichita, Kansas 67209.
