Wright, Herbert M., 84, a retired engineer for Hawker Beechcraft after 37 years died on Friday April 15, 2011. Preceded in death by parents and daughter Rebecca Dillard. Survived by wife of 55 years: Jean Wright; sons: William (Linda) Wright of Louisburg, KS, and Robert Wright of Wichita, KS; daughter: Brenda Smith of Wichita, KS; brother Robert V. Wright of Springfield, MO; 6 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to VA Hospice Program Wichita, KS. Private family service will be held Monday April 18, 2:00 P.M. at Resthaven Gardens of Memory.
