Nona Idell (Frisbie) Stevens

Nona Idell (Frisbie) Stevens, age 102, of Wichita, Kansas passed away on Wednesday, July 2, 2025. Nona was born December 18, 1922, in Drywood, Kansas to Mary Maretta Scott Frisbie and Eugene Edgar Frisbie.

Nona is survived by her children James Stevens (Jan) and Sue Sjogren (John); brother Robert Frisbie (Carol); grandchildren Elizabeth Landig (Jeremy), Angela Stevens (Tim Barker), Kenneth Stevens (Elizabeth), Shannon Pingenot (Joe) and Diana Girard (Brian Girard); and great grandchildren Nathan, Caleb, Annabella, Ben, Will, Zach, Paisley, Wolf, and Athena.

Nona was preceded in death by her husband Marion P. Stevens; father Eugene Edgar Frisbie; and mother Mary Maretta Scott Frisbie.

A Celebration of Life for Nona will be held Thursday, August 7, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Lakeview Funeral Home, 12100 E 13TH ST N, Wichita, KS 67206.
