She is preceded in death by her husband Gale L. Blank; parents Clarence and Hula Royse; brothers Bill Royse and Dick Royse; daughter-in-law Susan Blank; and grandson Bill Mullins.
She is survived by her sons Mike Blank of Newton and Chad (Deb) Blank of Wichita; daughter Kathy (Lloyd) Mullins of Augusta; 5 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and 6 great great grandchildren.
A funeral service for Norma will be held Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Lakeview Funeral Home, 12100 E 13Th St N, Wichita, Kansas 67206.
Luncheon to follow service at Andover Church of Christ, 802 N. Andover Rd, Andover, KS.
