Owens, Patty, 74, loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother passed away July 25, 2012. Patty was preceded in death by her parents Berry and Margarite Ragar, sister Juanita Ragar Meador and great grandson John Michael Lee Scott. She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, McRae; daughters Debra Owens of Tulsa, OK, Molly (Greg) Hale of Belle Plaine, KS, Susie Ralls of Wichita; brothers Wilton (Brenda Joyce) Ragar of West Crossett, AR, Joe Ragar of Monroe, LA, Michael Ragar of Los Angelos, CA; sister Ann (Ray) Rowell of Mobile, AL, Brenda Drake of Warren, AR; grandchildren Jesse Ralls of MO, Angela Stevens, Melissa Hale, Emily Ralls, Mira Juancito all of Wichita; great grandchildren Steven Ridpath, Owen Hale, Laney Stevens and Timothy Scott all of Wichita. Funeral service is 1:00 pm Tuesday, July 31 at Resthaven Mortuary Chapel. Burial will be at Resthaven Gardens of Memory.
