Hardly a day goes by that I don’t think about Vic. Miss you man!

Vic's wedding was a blast. We were in Dress Blues and through our landlord we had the reception at Wichita CC. Very fancy for some young lieutenants to have a few pops. We ended the night with the three of us posing for a picture toasting each other. We still have it in living color on the wall in my office.  Vic left shortly after that for a year in Vietnam. A year later we rendezvoused in Hawaii as he was returning to the AF Academy and I was headed to Japan. 
We met several times and finally ended up together in Georgia.
Loved that man a lot!

Day 1, 9-20-63, USAF O.C.S., San Antonio,Tx, began a life long friendship. Room mates in Amarillo to roommates in Wichita to
best man at your wedding. Life was good. Our paths changed but we caught up once in Hawaii and again at the AF Academy. No change, always with the big grin and still a sports nut. Always positive, always humble. Thirty plus years flew by until you called me from Atlanta. Visits back and forth to Savannah with Maggie and Liz. We hadn't missed a beat. So sad to see you suffer! So happy the pain is gone. You and Maggie are one, again. Sure hope you find me again. Mike McAdams
