He was born to Alford and Carol Jones in Wichita, Kansas on July 13, 1967, they precede him in death, his brother Jeff Jones and father-in-law Jim Long.
Phil is survived by his wife Vickey Long, children Garet (Andrea) Jones, Mersadies Jones, Alexander (Jennifer) Jones, Adam (Mary) Jones and Angel (Michael) Buchanan; 12 grandchildren; siblings Wayne (Julie) Jones, Allen (Terri) Jones, Emma (Tim) Noone, Kevin Jones; many nieces and nephews.
He was an Aircraft Painter working the majority of his career at Raytheon. Phil was a very hard-worker, anyone that knew him will know that is true. He would always lend a hand to help others. His grandkids meant everything to him. Phil will be greatly missed.
Phil proudly served in the Army National Guard from 1984 to 1988 and the Army Reserve from 1988 to 1992.
Phil is in the care of Lakeview Funeral Home.
