A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, December 5th at 3:00 p.m. at Central Christian Church, 2900 N. Rock Rd., Wichita.
Memorial donations can be made to His Helping Hands or Central Christian Church.
Phil was born in 1944 in Wellington, KS on October 11. His parents were Edward & Elizabeth Clark. He was raised and graduated in Wellington in 1962. He married Carol Clark in 1992.
Phil entered the Air Force in 1964, shortly after he worked for Santa Fe Railroad. He was also a successful car salesman in and around Wichita. His hobbies included showing Quarter Horses, fishing, watching KU basketball and KC Chiefs football.
He was preceded in death by his parents Edward & Elizabeth Clark and his brother Michael Clark.
He is survived by his wife, Carol Clark and 3 children by his first marriage to Carol Ann Botkin; Lori (Lance) Rudman of Arkansas City, KS, Jody (Carrie) Clark of Topeka, KS, Jami Clark of Arkansas City, KS; step-children Mitch (Cher) Heller of Denver, CO, Scott (Julie) Heller of Castle Rock, CO; grandchildren Brittney Carson and Chad Shaffer, Taylor Carson, Colby Heller, Lauren Heller, Maxwell Heller, Gwen Clark, McKenzi McCabe, Lillian Clark, Meredith Clark and Emmett Katch-Williams; 2 great-grandchildren; siblings Roger Clark of Gilbert, Arizona and Kathy Cope of Lebo, Kansas.
