Reginald Lee Vogts, born on January 15, 1955, in Wichita, Kansas, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 26, 2025. He leaves behind a legacy of dedication, craftsmanship, and quiet strength.
Reginald was the beloved son of Clarence and Leona Vogts, both of whom preceded him in death. He was also predeceased by his brother, Kenneth Vogts, and sister, Sherry Adamson. He is survived by his loving daughter, Sherry Vogts, and his nephews, Marc, Matt, and Martin Adamson, who will forever cherish his memory.
A hardworking and loyal individual, Reginald dedicated 30 years of service to UPS, where he was respected for his commitment and reliability—though he famously grew to dislike the color brown. Outside of work, Reginald found joy in fishing, cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs, watching Star Trek (original series), enjoying Clint Eastwood films, and hot-rodding, especially with Chevys and motorcycles.
His life was marked by quiet generosity and a love for the things that brought people together. Reginald’s thoughtful and creative spirit touched many, and he will be remembered for the warmth he shared with family and friends.
Reginald Lee Vogts will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him.
A private service was held for Reginald.
