Robert H. Raux Sr.

Robert and Shirley Ann Warner were married on Christmas Eve 1950. They were together 55 grace-filled years before Shirley passed on 10/13/2006. He then was lucky enough to marry the next love of his life, Mary Lee Dunham on a beautiful spring day May, 3rd, 2009.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents, his 1st wife and his 2 beloved sons Robert H. Raux Jr. and Willard W. Raux.

He will be dearly missed by his Wife Mary and her children, Kim Allen, Jimmy Dunham, Christina Schilling, Kitten and Chris Taylor. Grandchildren - Brandie, Clyde, Kyle and Jordan and great grandchildren Boston and Mille, Ethan, Callie and Zack.

The family of his departed wife Shirley their adopted daughter Marye C. Raux, daughter-in-law Cindy Raux, daughter-in-law Linda Raux. Grandchildren-Erin Raux/Dane Jones, Erik and Makayla Raux, Becky and Kyle Yount and Myeles Fount/Sylvio Raux. Great Grandchildren-Ziva,Maverick, Kallen and Drew bug.

He was known and loved by so many wonderful people. He was a talented athlete, a committed family man, a proud veteran, a loyal retired police Officer and a true blue Depression era, steadfast American, boy who loved baseball, Dancing with his gals, and teaching the young people hard earned life lessons. He will be sorely missed By all who knew him.

A celebration of life for Robert will be held Saturday, January 14, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Lakeview Funeral Home, 12100 E 13Th St N, Wichita, Kansas 67206.
