Allen, Roberta Cynthia, 91, retired nursing home social service director passed away April 28, 2013. Roberta was active in International Rainbows for Girls, a member of Eastern Star, Boeing Strato Singers and past president of Beauseant. She was preceded in death by her brother Chester W. Perry and one grandson, Christopher. Her survivors are husband of 47 years, Leland Allen; son, Bob (Feryl) Giesen of Wichita; daughter, Charyl (Michael) Rutherford of Haysville; step-son, David (Sue) Allan of Mt. Vernon, MO; 11grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. Viewing is 3 to 8 pm Friday, May 3 at Resthaven Mortuary. There will be a private family graveside. Memorial service is 1:00 pm Saturday, May 4 at St. Christopher’s Episcopal Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to St. Christopher’s Episcopal Church.
