Ruth J Phillips, age 97, of Wichita, Kansas passed away on Friday November 16, 2018. Ruth was born October 9, 1921 in Emporia, KS. She was co-owner of Needle Nook Fabrics with her daughter.

Ruth is preceded in death by husband, Ray F. Phillips; oldest son, Roy R. Phillips; and infant son Ricky A. Phillips.

Ruth is survived by sons, Robert K., Ron (Barbara), and Russell J. (Marcel); daughter, R. Anne (Robert) St. Clair; 7 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

A graveside service is planned at Resthaven Gardens of Memory on Saturday, November 24, 2018 at 11:00 am.
