Scott attended Wichita Public Schools and graduated in 1978 from South High School in Wichita, KS. Scott was a aircraft mechanic and inspector for over 20 years at Boeing Aircraft in Wichita.
He is survived by: his parents, Larry and Susie; along with his children, Kyle and Courtney Neff.
Visitation will be held from 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, with the Funeral Service following at 10:30 AM, at Resthaven Mortuary, 11800 West Highway 54, Wichita, Kansas 67209. Interment will follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory, Wichita.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with: Good Shepherd Episcopal Church, 8021 West 21st Street, Wichita, Kansas 67205.
