90, passed away January 11, 2018. Sylvia was born to Lester and Elsie Cox on November 22, 1927 in Lenexa, KS. On October 18, 1947 she married husband of 35 years, Harold F. Hamilton. In the 1980's, Sylvia was the supervisor of Beechcraft International Aircraft order department. She was preceded by husband; parents; siblings, Merle Jordon, Evelyn "Tiny" Chesney, George and Jim Cox. Sylvia is survived by four sons, Ron (Jody) of California, Tom, Greg, and Brett of Wichita; sister, Shirley Cox Burns of Orlando; grandchildren Amy (Andy) Hohenstein of California, Ryan (Laurie) Hamilton of California; great grandchildren, Addysen, Audrey, and Adam. Visitation will be 3-5 p.m. Sunday, January 14, 2018 and funeral service 1 p.m. Monday, January 15, 2018 both at Resthaven Mortuary.
