Virginia Dell Parker, 79, of Wichita, Kansas passed away peacefully surrounded by family on December 4, 2025. She was born February 9, 1946 in San Bernardino, California to Dawn and Eleanor (Garcia) Tuttle.
Following school, Virginia enlisted in The United States Navy and served as a medical technician. She obtained her Nursing Degree and worked as an LPN at Wesley, VA and Ascension. Virginia's been a devout member of Newspring Church since 2006. She enjoyed attending all of her grandkids and great-grandkids school and sports events. She was an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan and also enjoyed watching Kansas City Royals and Oklahoma City Thunder.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Dawn and Eleanor Tuttle; her brother, David Tuttle and her daughter-in-law, Michelle Stenger.
Virginia is survived by her siblings: Fred (Judy) Tuttle and Bonita Jordan; her children: Robert Stenger, Cynthia (Marlon) Green and Stephen (Mindy) Stenger; her 3 grandsons and 3 granddaughters; 3 great-grandsons and 4 great-granddaughters.
A funeral service will be held Thursday, December 11, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Resthaven Mortuary, 11800 W. Hwy 54, Wichita, Kansas 67209 with committal to follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory in the Garden of Prayer.
