We have such sweet and good memories of Billy as a young boy. Sadly we lose touch as years go by but it doesn't take away memories of visiting, camping and family get togethers.

So sorry for your loss! Billy was a very loved and great guy. I have been blessed to know him since 7th grade. my thoughts and prayers are with you and the family.

We have known Billy since he began dating Carrie all those years ago.  Lots of great times at the lake, New Year's Eve, birthdays and Halloween.    Billy always had a story to tell and he made us all laugh often.  It won't be the same without him around.   God rest his soul.

RIP Billy. Prayers for the family. Billy was one of those rare people who can mingle with any crowd. Always the life of party with his animated story telling and infectious laugh. He will be missed by a number of friends who shared so many memories at lake, parties, paintball course or a host of other events. Bill is such a sweet, kind man. So glad that we got to see each other at the class reunions. He always had a a smile on his face.  My deepest condolences to his family.

So very sorry to here about Bill.  He was such a nice guy.  Loved working with him on 2nd shift.  He will truly be missed.

I knew Billy from him playing baseball with my brother Douglas Parrack when they were very young and through Darla, knowing my sister Iris.  I always adored Billy through High School and I loved his sense of humor and for making life in high school seem less dramatic.  He was a cherished friend even through all the years since school.  I know we would have been happy and comfortable with our friendship even with the passing of years as you do with friends even though you haven't seen them for many years. He was a fun and lighthearted friend but fierce and loyal to the people he chose as friends. The world will miss him as will I.  I had wonderful memories.  All my love to his entire family. We are all fortunate to have known and loved him.
