Bill served in The United States Army from 1946 to 1948 and was stationed in New Jersey.
He graduated from Kansas State University in 1952 then moved to Wichita where he started his career as a Mechanical Engineer at Cessna and retired in 1988.
Bill is preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Emma Dravis; two sisters, Ileen Van Dyke and Dorothy Groat.
Bill is survived by his wife of 68 years, Barbara Dravis; daughter Lisa (Daryl) Lederhos and grandson Joseph Lederhos.
A graveside service will be held Friday, April 14, 2023 at 3:00 pm at Resthaven Gardens of Memory 11800 W. Hwy 54, Wichita, KS 67209.
