Chong will be remembered as a woman of truly gentle spirit. She never spoke an ill word of anyone or showed any emotions of anger. She held herself to a standard of grace. She was an avid golfer and accomplished five Holes in One.
She was well traveled and was blessed to have traveled the world. In her time in The Villages she made many friends she enjoyed spending time with and considered her family.
Chong is predeceased by her husband and the love of her life, Willis Campbell and sisters, Dong Yun Chang and Dong Sun Chang.
Left to cherish her memory is her sister, Yun Sil Chu; brother, Dong Soo Chang; nephews, Chang On Chu and Chae Chu and Michael Chu; great nieces and nephews, Karen, Helena, Catherine and Ethan as well as numerous other extended family members and friends.
A Graveside Service will be held Friday, September 9th at 2:00PM at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Ocala.
