Kyle Michael Moody, 43, of Wildwood, FL passed away on April 9, 2026. He was born on April 5, 1983 in Bangor, Maine to his parents Pamela and Shawn Moody. Kyle spent 16 years in law enforcement before transitioning to a career as a flight attendant, combining his dedication to public service with his passion for aviation. He had a deep love for music, with Andrew McMahon as his favorite artist. Every November, he looked forward to hunting trips in Maine, and his summers were often spent at Cedar Lake—a place that shaped his childhood and remained a cherished retreat throughout his adult life. He was also a devoted fan of the Kansas City Chiefs and the Boston Red Sox, and above all, he deeply loved his family.
He is survived by his wife, Alissa Moody; daughter, Hannah Moody, 14, son, Andrew Moody, 10, of Wildwood, FL; his parents, Pamela and Shawn Moody of Hollis Center, Maine; brother, Ryan Moody, his wife Stephanie Paquet, and their son Joseph Moody of Saco, Maine; grandparents, Donald and Charlotte Markie of East Millinocket, Maine.
Services will be held in Maine at a later date.
