Beltran is survived by his father, Beltran Perez, and his sisters, Jenny Perez and Daniela Perez.
A visitation for Beltran will be held Friday, July 29, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Nelsen Funeral Home, 3785 Strawberry Plains Rd., Williamsburg, Virginia 23188, followed by a service at 3:00 PM.
