Constance (Connie) Jean Tribett of Williamsburg, VA, went to be with the Lord on August 18, 2024. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest A. Courrier Jr. She is survived by her daughter, Kim and husband, William Thorn; daughter, Kelley and husband Richard Peets; son, Ernest Courrier and wife Vicki. She was grandmother to nine grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
Connie loved the Lord and was a member at Walnut Hills Baptist Church. Throughout her walk with Christ, she was involved in many Outreach Ministries, Altar Guild, Gideons, Prison Ministry and taught Sundy School. She was also a PEO member. Connie was an Air Force spouse who moved with her family for 23 years in the U.S. and abroad. Later in life, she worked as an Assistant Buyer for a Decorator in Northern Virginia and loved helping others decorating their homes during the holidays. Her hobbies included, painting, reading, music, travel, entertaining and playing the accordion.
Being with her family was her greatest joy. She loved getting the family together each year at the beach. If asked what her greatest achievement in life was, she would refer to scripture 3 John: 4 “I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in truth”.
Service to be held at Walnut Hills Baptist Church in Williamsburg at 10am on Saturday, August 24th, 2024.
