He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy and received the Good Conduct Medal and the National Defense Service Medal while serving in the Vietnam War. He later earned his BA in Business Administration from San Sebastian Collage and became an accountant for NCA.
A member of the Williamsburg Crosswalk Church, Dante also enjoyed cooking, gardening, watching movies, fishing, and watching horse races.
Dante is survived by his wife, Digna Ignacio; son, Darwin Dion Ignacio; and daughter-in-law, Alicia Ignacio.
