The world has lost a beautiful spirit. Diane was so artistic. Her art and photography were simply amazing. But what really made her special was her love and devotion to her family. Kathy and Erica -- my heart goes out to you as you walk through the pain of losing Diane. Know that she is watching over you.

I would like to express how wonderful it was to be a part of Diane's care while she was in the ICU. She was so delightful and such a breath of fresh air. Her sense of humor and outlook on her situation was admirable. She kept me in hysterics with all of her funny stories and jokes, which made my challenging night a great one by morning time. She spoke so much about the both of you and how grateful she was to have both of you in her life and the love she felt. She was truly an amazing person and a joy to be around. My thoughts and prayers are with you both during this time. God Bless and I love you.

Kathy and Erica, my heart goes out to you.  Diane brought beauty into our world, not only through her pictures, but also through her interactions with others. She was a kind, patient, easy going person.  She has been coming into my home each year, for many years, to take our family Christmas pictures.  Even after not seeing us for 11 months at a time, she always instantly felt like one of the family and connected with my children, husband and the dogs :-)!  How she LOVED the dogs! And they loved her... more then you could imagine.  Diane will certainly be missed by many.  Thank you for sharing her with us.  She told me many times over how much she loved you and how important you were to her. You were her world!  Right now I know the pain in your hearts seems unbearable, I just hope it brings you some peace to know that she is now an angel in Heaven and  she will always be with you. Please know that you are in my most tender thoughts and prayers.

I am so very sorry. Diane was one of the most compassionate, loving people I have ever known. When I moved back to Yorktown after 26 years, she was the first person I saw... Joe and Mimma's with her Mom and Erica! We lost a beautiful soul, but Heaven gained an amazing Angel...my deepest sympathy to Kathy, Erica and all of her family. R.I.P. sweet Diane

Dear Kathy and Erica, I am at a loss. There are no words.  I know that your world and hearts have been cracked wide open and I wish there were words that can bring you comfort.  Diane was such a sweet, gifted, and giving soul.  You both are in my thoughts and prayers.
