Formerly of Plymouth, PA and North Plainfield, NJ, Donald retired to Williamsburg after a long career as a social studies teacher.
Locally, he went on to work for Colonial Connections as a tour guide in Colonial Williamsburg.
Donald was preceded in death by his mother and stepfather, Bernadine and Al Malachefski. He leaves behind his wife, Bettyanne DeFranco; brother, Edward Malachefski (Carla DeRocco); sister-in-law, Jody Malachefski; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Donald will be laid to rest in Plymouth, PA, and Nelsen Funeral Home has been entrusted with his arrangements.
