J. Richard Webb, 86, of Williamsburg, Virginia passed away on March 18, 2026. He was born in Orlando, Florida on February 28, 1940, and was preceded in death by his parents, and brothers, Robert and William.
Richard graduated from Palm Beach High School in 1958 and Florida State University in 1962. In 1971 he completed the Harvard Business School Program for Management Development.
Upon earning his bachelor’s degree at FSU, Richard began a 20-year career with the Westinghouse Electric Corporation in Pittsburgh, PA. Richard also held leadership positions at Raytheon Company, Pfaudler, Inc. and Maxcess Intl., where he was CEO until 2000.
Richard is survived by his wife of 62 years, Judith Paulsen Webb; sons, Scott Richard Webb (Thy) and Craig Alexander Webb (Sarah); and grandchildren, Lydia Webb, Chole Webb, and Amanda Trinh.
