Jenny Johnson

Jennifer B. Johnson, 71, of Toano, Virginia peacefully went to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 12, 2023. She is preceded in death by her parents, George M. and Anna Barmann; and brothers, Floyd and Vincent. Jenny was a strong independent woman, a devoted Christian, and fiercely loyal to family. She loved nature and being outdoors, and spending time with her beloved grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by her family; including her brother, George Barmann (Rosanne) and nieces, and her sons, Archie Johnson, Ben Johnson (Stacy), and Zack Johnson (Elizabeth); grandchildren, Rafe, Ella, Jesse, Josiah, Abigail, and Aeryn Joy—who called her the best Nana in the world. The family will be holding a Celebration of Life in the state she called home, Georgia, at a later date to be announced. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions in Jenny’s honor to Williamsburg Landing, Adult Day center, to the attention of Sally Wolfe, 5700 Williamsburg Landing Dr, Williamsburg, VA 23185.
