Marguerite "Marge" Gallagher, 87, of Williamsburg, Virginia, passed away on August 19, 2023. Marguerite was originally born in Cleveland, Ohio but moved to Virginia in 1998. She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Stephen Gallagher; her 4 sisters, Irene Amirault, Gail Lanning, Winifred Langa, and Vaughn Fyffe.
Marguerite graduated from Jane Addams Vocational School as a Licensed Practical Nurse and worked for thirty plus years at Geauga Hospital. She always brought a smile to the faces of the people she cared for and served. She was a Catholic, loved reading, cooking, and gardening. Marguerite loved her pets more than anything, especially feeding the birds.
She is survived by her daughter, Maureen Gallagher Jacobs (Andrew); her son, Robert Scott Gallagher (Tina); her grandchildren, Anna Reichard, Ali Moog, Molly Jacobs, Ryan Jacobs, Cole Gallagher; and her great-grandchildren, Rosie Moog, Libby Moog, Annie Moog, and Jacob Reichard.
Services will be held privately.
