I met Mike while I was learning to fly at HNZ airport back in early 2017. He was nice to me, and always had a funny crack to throw you. I am saddened by his loss. RIP Mike...Andy

I met Mike back in the 90s when he lived on Rowland St in Henderson. My mother & I often took him meals & visited after his accident.  Such a nice guy & always had something funny to say.

Mike was a friend and my trusted mechanic.  He was Henderson Oxford Airport.  I spent many hours with Mike helping him work on my airplane, listening to stories about Papa and his trials and tribulations trying to keep HNZ alive.  I miss him very dearly.  May he rest in peace.  Prayers to his family.

I'll miss Mike and his pack of pups, who always welcomed me and my dog, Calvin, at Henderson Oxford Airport.  Mike and I shared a love for animals and aviation, and a passion for jigsaw puzzles.  He had a very big heart and I'll miss him terribly.
