He was preceded in death by his parents, Mildred and Edwin Riese; his daughter, Deborah Riese; and his brother, Gary Riese.
Bobby proudly served his country as a U.S. Army Paratrooper. Following his military service, he spent his career in emergency electric gas services working for Lilco “National Grid.” He was an avid fisherman and loved cooking for everyone.
He is survived by his wife, Linda M. Riese; his son, Robert J. Riese, Jr., and his wife, Loren; and his sister, Donna Keane.
A visitation will be held on Monday, September 10 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 3785 Strawberry Plains Rd., Williamsburg, VA.
