A retired partner of Prestige Food Brokers, he was also a member of St. Bede Catholic Church, The Ford's Colony Men's Golf Association and The Theater Club.
Ted was a drummer since childhood and played with The Mellow Tones, Ford's Colony Dance Band and The Theater Club Band up until his recent illness.
Survivors include his wife, Susan Zlydaszek; son, Theodore J. Zlydaszek of Portsmouth, RI; daughter, Donna P. Yatsko and son-in-law, Jason Yatsko of Williamsburg, VA; grandchildren, Jack Yatsko, Charles Yatsko, Hannah Yatsko and Benjamin Zlydaszek; sister, Patricia (Zlydaszek) Murawski and brother-in-law, Ronald Murawski; and several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, November 16, 2023 at 11:00AM at St. Bede Catholic Church, 3686 Ironbound Rd., Williamsburg, VA.
