

Tobin is survived by his wife, Lisa Marie Vreeland and their son, Grant Alexander Vreeland; his other son, Cody Alan Vreeland and his mother, Melinda Myers; mother, Karen Vreeland; father, F.L. Skip Vreeland; brother, J.Todd (Anne) Vreeland and their two children, David and Gina; sister, Tracey L. Howard (Timothy) and their six children, F. Gregory (Ashley) O’Brien, Patrick O’ Brien, David O’Brien, Sara (Jeff) Howard and Daniel O’Brien; mother-in-law, Jody Bozzell; and his father-in-law, James R. Bozzell.
Toby worked for James City County as a Solid Waste Foreman and previously James City County Service Authority. He also worked at Wayjo Inc. and Jack L. Massie. He loved his occupation as a Heavy Equipment Operator and enjoyed teaching his sons how to operate equipment. He was an all American Picker who loved bringing new life back into old cars and trucks. He enjoyed spending time in Canada, four wheeling, ATVing and boating. His passion and devotion was for his family and friends who he loved most of all.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, September 30 at King of Glory Lutheran Church, 4897 Longhill Rd, Williamsburg, at 1pm followed by a memorial service at 2pm. Interment will follow at the King of Glory Garden. Online condolences may be offered at www.nelsenwilliamsburg.com.
